A simple yet highly configurable Spigot plugin to heal you

Usage:

/heal <playername> or /heal to use the command on yourself

Permissions:

To use the heal command simpleheal.use

To reload the config simpleheal.reload

To bypass the cooldown simpleheal.bypasscooldown
