NekoC is a plugin that allows you and your players to become Anime Nekos!

FEATURES

RP commands such as
    petting nekos
    scratching nekos behind the ear
    The ability for nekos to purr
    The abilities for nekos to lightly bite your hand to show affection

On Demand Nightvision for Nekos
On Demand Jumpboost for Nekos
On Demand Swift Sneak 3 for Nekos
Claws for bonus unarmed damage
Permission or flatfile based neko storage. Please note permission based storage requires LuckPerms. 
An adorable chat filter that makes Nekos talk cat-like
CATNIP!
Nekos can only eat meat/sugar products. Vegetables and fruits not allowed. As a bonus Raw Fish gives the same hunger and saturation as cooked fish!
All of these can be configured via config!
Plugman compatable, you can reload the config on the fly!

COMMANDS

/pat (Username) : Pat a neko! (This also plays a purring sound.)
/earscratch (Username) : Scratch a neko behind the ear! (This also plays a purring sound.)
/attention (Username) : Try to get someones attention! (Nekos only)
/purr (Username) : Purr on the feet of someone! (Nekos only)
/lovebite (Username) : Lightly bite someones finger to show your love! (Nekos only)
/hiss (Username) : Hiss at someone to show anger! (Nekos only, also plays a Hiss sound.)
/scratch (Username) : Scratch someone to show anger! (Nekos only)
/nightvision (on/off) : toggle your nightvision! (Nekos only)
/jumpboost (on/off) : toggle your Jumpboost! (Neko's only)
/swiftsneak : Toggle swift sneak 3 on and off! (Neko's only)
/nekotf : Make yourself a neko or remove your neko status (Permission NekoC.nekotf)
/nekotf (username) : Make someone a neko or remove their neko staus! (Permission NekoC.Admin, requires NekoC.nekotf aswell)
