This is a very simple plugin. Allowing players to feed each other. I know this sounds weird but let me explain. For example, if you went AFK and you are about to die from hunger. Instead of just dying another player can feed you food. All bad foods with bad effects have been disabled from being fed. Just drop this plugin in your plugins folder and you're ready to go. No more hunger problems.
No commands no config files. Simple as that.
