EnderPearl Cooldown is a lightweight plugin that lets you fully control the cooldown time of Ender Pearls on your server. Perfect for PvP, factions, and competitive gameplay where pearl-spamming needs to be balanced.

🕒 Custom cooldown via config.yml
📜 /enderpearl cooldown set <time> — accepts values like 5s, 2m, or default
⏱ Shows real cooldown overlay (white bar on hotbar item)
🔄 /enderpearl reload — instantly apply config changes
ℹ️ /enderpearl time get — check the current cooldown setting
🧠 Tab-complete for all subcommands

Permission	Description	Default
`enderpearl.cooldown.base`	Allows using base command	true
`enderpearl.cooldown.set`	Allows changing the cooldown	op
