A simple mod that adds the command /hat

Take an item in your hand and enter the command /hat — voila, and the item is on your head!

Setting the language of messages.

English and Russian are already present in the mod code.

• language=en — English (default)
• language=ru — Russian
• language=custom — your own language that needs to be configured in the config.
