Life Steal enchantment for weapons, with 3 levels, for each level, the amount of damage you have to steal life decreases.
The enchantment can be obtained from the enchantment table, loot chests or trading with villagers.
Give:
/loot give @s loot life_steal_enchantment:<level>
Enchant:
/enchant @s life_steal_enchantment:life_steal <level>
