Global Data Packs [GDP]

A /reload triggers when a datapack in the root\datapacks folder is modified (Made for a datapack i made in my documents folder connected with a Symlink Junction) :D. Also adds rebindable reload keybind (F3+Y).

i kinda expect this to drown for there are no ads and i don't have clout, it is fine if it drownes though, i just uploaded this so others may profit from it
