The mod goal is to eliminate this familiar feeling in Minecraft:
"Oh, this looks cool! I wonder what it does… oh. Nothing."
With Functionality, everything does something.
It's highly configurable, allowing any item, feature, or tweak
to be disabled or customized exactly the way your heart desires.

Vanilla Tweaks and Features:
- New meat drops from mobs: polar bears, pandas, goats, frogs, turtles, sniffers
- Bees drop honey directly
- All illagers drop treasure sacks with a limited loot pool calculated per chunk
- Attacking glow squids creates a cloud of glow ink that gives night vision
- Glow squids can be milked with glass bottles for night vision (hurts them – source is finite)
- Music discs can be thrown like shurikens, each with unique stats based on acquisition
- Placing prismarine-related blocks under a cauldron makes it an infinite water source
- You can start a thunderstorm using a ritual with copper, torches, and Heart of the Sea
- Glow lichens replaced by dry lichens, lichens, and bloom lichens; bloom lichens can be harvested for haste potions
- Sponges can be crafted from Heart of the Sea and yellow corals

- Phantom herb – disables phantom spawning as if rested
- Crimson herb – protects from poison and wither effects
- Glow herb – protects from levitation and void damage; taking void damage corrupts you
