A Data Pack which introduces a new Weapon Type into the game which focuses on offense and defense!

This Data Pack adds a new mid-game weapon called Canno-Pikes to fight your enemies with, combining Offense and Defense!
Inspired by Gunlance fron Monster Hunter and Glaives from Destiny 2
These Weapons may seem very weak upon first inspection, but have hidden potential when uitilised correctly
These weapons have the ability to block incoming attacks like a shield but also strike like a melee weapon
If using a mod to remove shield delay, you can perfect parry!
Raise your guard right before getting hit and you will return the attacker's damage back to them!
It also immediately grants Max Conversion Buff
WARNING:
These weapons cannot block forever!
You only have a brief window of opportunity to protect yourself from attacks.
Failure to lower your guard in time will punish you with a block cooldown!
On the flipside, Blocking an attack will reset the block timer, allowing you to block for longer
Axes and other shield-break sources will instantly disable the block, as this weapon is still functionally a shield
the block duration should be forgiving enough to account for the 5-tick block delay that is in minecraft, but using a mod to remove that delay will make the experience much better
The weapon is based on Charges
Blocking attacks and Dealing Damage builds up charges
Each Charge increases Attack Damage, Attack Speed and Armor
Each Canno-Pike has its own stat boost amount per charge
At Max Charges, you can perform a Charged Shot
The damage of the shot is equal to your attack_damage*shot_multiplier
Charged Shot Damage is Halved against Players
Each Canno-Pike has its own shot multiplier
To shoot, Crouch before Blocking and you will begin charge up your shot

WARNING:
Your shot can be interrupted if your shield accumulates enough damage, causing you to lose all of your Charges and incurring a Block Cooldown.
Shield health when charging shots will scale with Attack Damage.
